On Wednesday, the Christian County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests to Regional Radio:

Troy D. Bush, 46, of Pana was arrested Tuesday for domestic battery. Today in court, Hall pleaded guilty. Bond was set at $1,500 and he is to have no contact with the victim.

Michael K. Bennett, 26, of Edinburg was arrested Tuesday for domestic battery and damage to property. Today in court, bond was set at $5,000.

Accidents reported to Regional Radio on Wednesday:

On February 23rd, Kyra L. Petty, 26, of Nokomis was driving Southwest on Illinois Route 16. Around 2040 East, she went off the road into a ditch and turned over. The vehicle was towed and Petty was taken by ambulance to Pana Community Hospital. She told EMT that she had been drinking alcohol. A deputy from the Christian County Sheriff's Office was sent to the hospital to talk to her. Petty was charged with a DUI.

The Taylorville Police Department reported the following arrest to Regional Radio:

Melissa A. Hall, 36, of Taylorville was arrested Tuesday for possession of cannabis.
