The Taylorville City Council heard from the chairperson of the Christian County “In God We Trust” motto committee, during their Monday night meeting. Delbra Pratt said her committee has been promoting the motto in posters and bumper stickers distributed to churches and businesses thru-out Christian County, and she asked Taylorville aldermen to display the poster in City Hall.

Mayor Greg Brotherton and the City Council accepted the “In God We Trust” poster, and indicated they would display it at City Hall.
