Lucas L. Burchi, 1 month, of Kincaid died on November 24, 2014 at his residence.  His death was ruled asphyxia due to co-sleeping in an adult bed lying with the front of his body facing downward. His death was determined to be accidental. 

Kimberly A. Daniels, 34, of Taylorville died on December 5, 2014 at the Taylorville Memorial Hospital E.R.  Her cause of death was due to intoxication of mixed drugs.  Daniels’ death was determined to be accidental.

Beverly Murphy, 44, of Taylorville died on December 22, 2014 in the Taylorville Memorial Hospital E.R.  Murphy’s cause of death was due to intoxication of oxycodone. Her death was determined to be accidental.

Daniel Joseph Corbin, 45, of Taylorville died on January 15, 2015 on Rt 48, near Taylorville.  His cause of death was injuries due to a motor vehicle accident that struck a fixed object.  Alcohol was a factor in this crash. Corbin’s death was found to be an accident.
