The Christian County Sherriff's Office reports the following:

On Friday, Rosella B. Wise, 61, of Owaneco was traveling southbound on Township Rd. 1600 E. At 950 N on 1500 E. Rd, a deer Approached the roadway.  She was unable to avoid making contact with the deer.

On Sunday, Sharon K. Flatt, 59, of Rosamond was traveling northbound Illinois Rt. 104, North of 1500 N. Road, when a deer entered the roadway.  She was unable to avoid making contact with the deer.

On Thursday Andrew R. Brookman, 26, of Pana was stopped at the stop sign facing south on 2600 E. Rd.  Jesse W. Demascal, 26, of Pana was driving south and failed to slow which resulted in Demascal sliding and hitting Brookman in the rear bumper.  Demascal sustained front end damage and Brookman sustained rear bumper damage.  Damascal was arrested for driving on a revoked license. 

On Thursday, Morgan N. Dressen, 20 of Pana was traveling east on 400 North Rd. and said a vehicle was coming toward her in the opposite direction.  Dressen swerved toward the south side of the road but lost control and slid into the ditch.  No accidents were reported.

Arrests:

Micah A. Thompson, 21, of Taylorville was arrested Sunday for bond forfeiture warrant.  Bond was set at $2,000.

Ashley L. Rockford, 30, of Taylorville was arrested Sunday for domestic battery.
