The Christian County Sheriff's Office reports a semi accident just east of Owaneco. On Monday (12-11), 40 year-old Douglas Davidson of Kansas City, Kansas was driving east on 900 North Road, approaching the intersection with Township Road 2100 East when he told deputies he lost control on the wet gravel. The semi and its trailer spun around in the road, striking a concrete bridge barrier and knocking down several road signs. Davidson, whose truck suffered major damage, refused medical treatment at the scene.
