Taylorville Police were called to the 600 block of East Poplar Street at 6:40pm Friday (11-21) on reports of a hit and run. When the officer arrived, the driver in question had reportedly returned to the scene. After a check with dispatch, Deana L. Sloper was arrested on a charge of driving with a revoked or suspended license. She was processed and released on a notice to appear.
