A Stonington man is lucky to be alive after an accident Wednesday (10-29). The Christian County Sheriff's Office says 22 year-old Drew A. Barringer was driving south on 2000 East Road near the intersection with 2600 North Road when he fell asleep. He skidded nearly 100 feet before hitting the ditch, causing his vehicle to roll several times before coming to rest about 40 feet off the road. The report doesn't mention any injuries.
