FoxIllinois is reporting that the 2013 death of a Taylorville woman, has been changed from an accidental drowning to a homicide.

Sources are telling the news outlet that the death of Mary Jane Agnew apparently has new evidence that has caused Taylorville Police and the Christian County State's Attorney, to change the case from being accidental to a homicide.

The 59-year-old Agnew was pronounced dead on June 25th, 2013 at Taylorville Memorial Hospital.
