THE CHRISTIAN COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT REPORTS THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS:

 Amanda Langston, 21, of Assumption was arrested on a bond forfeiture warrant for driving on a suspended license.

 Kimberly Coen, 48, of Pana was arrested on an original arrest warrant on October 18 for failure to appear, for criminal damage to property. 

 Jacob Bright, 18, of Taylorville, was arrested on October 18 for battery, consumption of liquor by a minor.

 Terry Biggs, 42, of Champaign, was arrested on October 19 for domestic battery. 

ACCIDENT:

 On October 18, Michelle E. Becker, 27, of Taylorville, was traveling west bound on County Highway 12 about 2/10 of a mile west of 1500 East Road.  She slowed down for two deer, and was unaware of the third deer and struck it with the left corner of her 2000 Nissan Xterra.  Becker had damage to the left headlamp and the lower valace.
