THE TAYLORVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTS THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS:

 On September 29, a Taylorvile Police officer was dispatched to Spresser Street in reference to a male subject in the roadway.  The make subject, Mark A. Hampton, of Taylorville, was arrested for public intoxication, illegal consumption and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Hampton was released on a notice to appear. 

 On October 6, at 4:51 am officers were dispatched to 10 Hannon Trailer Park in reference to an intoxicated female sleeping in their vehicle.  When officers arrived they located a female later identified as Veronica Woodruff stumbling down the street.  Woodruff was arrested and transported to the Taylorville Police Department, processed and released with a notice to appear.
