Pana Armed Robbery

A clerk was pistol whipped early Wednesday morning (10-08) during an armed robbery at the Shasteen's Marathon.

 According to a press release, Pana Police  were called out just before 2:00 am to the store, and found the clerk with injuries to her face. She reportedly told police she had been struck a number of times with the butt of the robber's gun. She was taken to Pana Community Hospital for treatment.

 The suspect is described as a white male, 5'10' to 5'11', weighing around 165 to 185 pounds,wearing blue jeans, boots and a black stocking cap and a bandana which covered his face. He reportedly escaped with an unknown amount of money.
