Two vehicles were reportedly damaged in a fender-bender just a block from the Driver's Licence Bureau last Friday (10-03).

Taylorville Police say 40 year-old Richard E. Johnson of Effingham was waiting at a stoplight at the intersection of Route 29 and East Maincross, when his vehicle was rear-ended by one driven by 48 year-old Emily J. Hackler of Pana. 

No injuries were reported, although both vehicles were damaged. No word as to whether any citations were issued.
