Both police and ambulance were called out early last Friday morning on reports of an unresponsive driver who was sitting in the middle of the intersection of Webster and Vine Streets. When cops arrived, Sutton Ambulance drivers were reportedly getting the man out of his car. The officer determined that the man was medically ok but apparently smelled of alcohol. 49 year old Steven Moore of Taylorville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was processed and released without his drivers license.
