A fatal accident at a New York racetrack has put racer Tony Stewart in the spotlight.  One of Stewart's business partners, Bob Sargent, says it was an unusual situation:

Sargent, who co-owns the Macon Speedway along with Stewart, says they are trying to find ways to prevent such accidents:

While some people have accused the hot-headed Stewart of hitting the driver intentionally, Sargent says he is convinced it was just a tragic accident.  Macon Speedway hosted “Taylorville Night” last Saturday.
