The Taylorville Police Department has released details of the incident involving a vehicle crashing through the brick wall in front of the Christian County Sheriff’s Office over the weekend. On Saturday at 6:10pm, 30-year-old Kimberly M. Snow of Taylorville was pulling into a parking space at the Christian County Sheriff's Office. As Snow was pulling in, she reportedly may have hit the gas instead of the brake. Snow went through a brick wall, through a small grass area, into the 300 block of Franklin Street, and struck the vehicle of 53-year-old Anna M. Sams of Taylorville. Sams was traveling east on Franklin. 40-year-old Yolanda M. Logan of Taylorville reportedly fell out of Snow's vehicle after it had struck the wall. Both vehicles suffered damage but were able to leave the scene. Snow told police that the vehicle may have had some brake issues. Snow was driving a 1996 Chevy S10. Sams and Logan both reported injuries that were not physically evident but both refused medical treatment according to the report.
