This week Crimestoppers is seeking information in regards to a series of break ins that occurred in Taylorville.

Sometime during the early morning hours of Tuesday July 1, 2014, person or persons unknown made entry into several vehicles in the Southeast area of Taylorville.  Once inside, the unknown subject or subjects took numerous items from the various vehicles including: cash, change, a laptop, set of keys, and a shot gun.   It is believed that the break ins may be related.  The total dollar amount  of the items taken is unknown at this time.  Crimestoppers would also like to remind the public to make sure your vehicle is secured when left unattended.
