The C.E.F.S. Economic Opportunity Corporation’s Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) will begin taking applications for summer energy assistance on July 7, 2014 and will conclude on July 23, 2014 or when funds are exhausted.   Appointments will be set on a first come, first serve basis.  Due to the short time frame of the program, appointments for summer energy assistance will only be accepted by phone or in person; no e-mail, voice mail, text or written requests can be accepted.
