Two Taylorville Residents Sentenced for Armed Robbery

The two Taylorville residents involved in the armed robbery at Aaron’s Sales and Lease back in October were sentenced in court today. Christian County State’s Attorney Mike Havera tells Regional Radio News that 25-year-old Joshua M. Goodrich and 27-year-old Steven L. Goodrich both plead guilty to the armed robbery which is a Class X Felony and both were sentenced to 21 years in the Department of Corrections. Havera says the Taylorville Police Department did a phenomenal job when the call came on the robbery in October as they had both Joshua and Steven in custody within 2 hours of the incident.
