Gowin Parc in Taylorville hosted the Greater Taylorville Chamber of Commerce's Business After Hours event and also held a ribbon cutting for their new home expansion Wednesday evening. Owner Theresa Gowin says she is glad they are able to expand their location to help with the need in the community:
