Several tombstones at Buckhart Cemetery were damaged over the weekend. On Sunday, a Christian County Sheriff's deputy was sent to Buckhart Cemetery in rural Edinburg in reference to criminal damage. Upon arrival, the deputy spoke with Douglas Kohl who is a trustee of the Buckhart Cemetery. Kohl showed the deputy where the unknown person or persons knocked over several tombstones in the graveyard. Two of the headstones were broken by the unknown person or persons.
