House Dems approve budget; Rosenthal says quit spending

The Illinois House Democrats approved a state budget which plans on keeping the 67% income tax hike permanent. State Representative Wayne Rosenthal of Morrisonville says the state needs to live within its means and quite spending money that it doesn’t have:

The House Democrat budget is scheduled to take effect July 1, 2015 and will spend $37.3 billion.
