The Kincaid Village Board of Trustees met Monday night and voted to let go of Police Chief Richard Adams. The Board had voted at a meeting in April to end the pay of Adams but kept him on administrative leave stating that he could not be released as of this time. Adams is facing charges of official misconduct for allegedly having city employees make repairs to his house on city time.
