If you are looking to recycle some old appliances or electronics, there will be a recycling event coming up Saturday, April 26th. The event will take place at the Christian County Fairgrounds in Taylorville from 8am until Noon. Appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, washers, and dryers will be taken. You can also discard electronics such as computers, laptops, phones, and cameras. Basic recycling items like aluminum cans, newspapers, and so on will be accepted as well. There will also be on-site document shredding.
