A Taylorville resident was arrested for obstructing justice on Wednesday. At 5:46pm, a Taylorville Police Department officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Wantland Drive. Following the stop, Rebecca Bayless, 36, of Taylorville was arrested for a Christian County failure to appear warrant and Mitchell R. Neece, 31, of Taylorville was arrested for obstructing justice.
