THE PANA POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTS THE FOLLOWING:
On April 1, Pana Police are investigating a theft that occurred at 215 East 1st Street on March 30. An unknown person reportedly used a stolen debit card and completed three separate transactions.
On April 1, Eric S. Resor, 31, of Fairfield, was issued a citation for speeding 62 MPH in a 45 MPH zone.
On April 2, Ethan S. Law, 20, of Pana was arrested on a Montgomery County Warrant for a failure to appear for operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended. Law was transported to Christian County Correctional Center in lieu of bond.
