State Representatives Adam Brown of Champaign and Wayne Rosenthal of Morrisonville are calling for a suspension of any unexpended dollars – which could be as much as $31 million -- and a full investigation on where huge amounts of taxpayer dollars ended up that were intended for the Neighborhood Recovery Initiative of the Illinois Violence Prevention Authority.
