THE CHRISTIAN COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE REPORTS THE FOLLOWING ARREST:

Kevin P. Clutter, 45, of 1 Cherokee Street, Pana, was arrested December 18 for aggravated battery.

THE TAYLORVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTS THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS:

On December 18 at 9:07am, a Taylorville Police Department officer observed a vehicle make a traffic violation in the area of Cherokee and East Main Street. The officer stopped the vehicle and found Delbert R. Dilley, 39, of Taylorville to be the driver. The officer learned through the Law Enforcement Agencies Data System that Dilley's license is revoked. Dilley was arrested and transported to the Taylorville Police Department.

On December 18, Taylorville Police Department officers were dispatched to Route Mart on West Park Street in reference to a two vehicle accident. Following their arrival, Toni L. Sargent, 41, of Springfield was placed under arrest for driving while license suspended. Sargent was later released on a notice to appear in court.
