The 7^th grade girls basketball team at the Taylorville Junior High School won their Sectional game Wednesday night and have advanced to the Class 4A State Tournament. They beat undefeated Springfield Franklin with a score of 50-35 and improved to 19-6 on the season. The 7^th grade girls will play their first game in the State Tournament this Saturday at 10am against Chicago Heights Washington. The game will be played at Normal Parkside Junior High School in Normal, IL.
