THE PANA POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTS THE FOLLOWING:
On November 7, Angel N. Beck, 22, of Pana was traveling North on Vine Street. Sandra K. Spinner, 70, of Pana was traveling east on 3rd Street. Beck stopped at the stop sign and then continued into the intersection. Beck did not see Spinner. Beck struck Spinner in the front passenger fender. Spinner was taken to Pana Community Hospital for treatment of injuries. Beck reported no injuries and was issued a citation for failure to yield.
On November 7, Rosemary L. Bennett, 52, of Tower Hill was issued a citation for speeding 63 MPH in a 45 MPH Zone.
On November 8, Donald C. Little, 63, of Decatur was issued a citation for speeding 60 MPH in a 45 MPH Zone.
On November 8, Megan N. Metcalf, 25, of Lovington was issued a citation for speeding 64 MPH in a 45 MPH Zone.
Following an incident at 18 Springside, Pana, on November 9, Nicholas S. Hurlburt, 26, of Pana was arrested for harassment by telephone.
Following a complaint on November 10 at 596 North State, Paul E. Allen, Jr., 18, of Shelbyville was arrested for violation of an order of protection. Allen was transported to Christian County Correctional Center without bond.
On November 10, Todd J. Stivers, 17, of Tower Hill was issued a citation for unlawful number of passengers by a graduated driver.
