THE CHRISTIAN COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE REPORTS THE FOLLOWING:

ACCIDENTS:

On October 28, Cole Y. Bilyeu, 25, of Taylorville was traveling south on County 22 when a deer ran into the roadway just north of 2500 North. Bilyeu hit the deer causing damage to his vehicle. No injuries were reported.

On October 28, Amy R. Owens, 19, of Taylorville was traveling south when a deer ran in front of the vehicle. Owens swerved to avoid hitting the deer and ran off the roadway. Owens hit a tree causing the vehicle to roll onto its top. No injuries were reported.

ARRESTS:

Chad L. Hopkins, 31, of RR1 Box 75, Tower Hill, was arrested October 28 for an Illinois Revised Statute

Brylan A. Speer, 22, of 408 Kitchell Avenue, Pana, was arrested October 28 for an ordinance violation.

Tyler L. Sandidge, 21, of 59 Illini Drive, Pawnee, was arrested October 28 on a bond forfeiture for failure to reduce speed.
