Even though it's not Halloween yet, thoughts are already turning to the upcoming holiday season.  One of the area's biggest seasonal draws is the yearly lighting displays at Forest Park in Shelbyville, and Tad Mayhall of the Shelbyville Chamber of Commerce says they can use your help getting it set up:
