The Shelbyville Scarecrow Daze gets underway this weekend. Due to the government shutdown, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' locations were closed which caused a search for a new spot for the Balloon Fest. Tad Mayhall of the Shelbyville Chamber of Commerce tells Regional Radio News that they have found a new place:
