One of the Greater Taylorville Chamber of Commerce’s most popular programs will be back this winter. The LEAD program gets underway early in 2014 but Patty Hornbuckle, President and CEO of the Chamber, says there are a limited number of spaces so those interested should begin making arrangements now:
