Comments: LLCC was sluggish in its home opener, nerves playing a big part as the Loggers missed their first four serves of the match before taking control of game one when it was 10-10. Game two was all-LLCC while game three saw Danville take an 8-0 lead before Lincoln Land came back to take the lead 10-9 and led the rest of the way.
"We were looking to get everyone some playing time as we get used to our system and what we are trying to do. It's good to get a region win, but now we have to prepare for another region match on Friday and then two D-1 teams on Saturday, so the heavy lifting part of our schedule is still ahead of us."
