THE CHRISTIAN COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE REPORTS THE FOLLOWING:

INCIDENTS:
On July 24, Dave Combs, 52,of Pana, an employee of Joe's House & Home in Pana, called the Christian County Sheriff's Office to report that the business had been broken into. The burglary occurred between 10:00pm July 23 and 8:00am July 24. Approximately $380 in cash had been stolen from the business.

ARRESTS:
Tyler M. Washburn, 40, of 192 East South Street, Oconee, was arrested on July 25 for residential burglary.

Derrick L. Covington, 30, of 1210 South Hilton Street, Decatur, was arrested July 25 for possession of a stolen firearm and unlawful use of weapon. 

Catherine M. Eck, 37, of 10 Webster Street, Pana, was arrested July 25 for possession of a controlled substance. 

Lester G. Ward, 37, of 10 Webster Street, Pana, was arrested July 25 for possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a contolled substance, and unlawful use of weapon.

Michael C. Davis, 29, of 308 Kitchell Street, Pana, was arrested July 25, on a bond forfeiture for residential burglary.

Richard E. Busboom, 18, of 314 Locust in Stonington, was arrested July 25 for battery.
