Area Arrests/Accidents 7-18-13

THE CHRISTIAN COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE REPORTS THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS:

Andrew L. Calvert, 27, of 1531 West Elm Street, Taylorville, was arrested July 17 on a bond forfeiture for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Matthew A. Woolard, 35, of 723 Miller Street, Nokomis, was arrested July 17 for 4 accounts of methamphetamine precursor

Tyrone A. Powyszynski, 39, of 11 North Washington Street, Pana, was arrested July 17 on a original arrest warrant for 5 accounts of methamphetamine precursor.

Stephanie M. Holley, 31, of 102 North Carr Street, Pana, was arrested July 17 for methamphetamine precursor.

Michael R. Wilson, 22, of 325 Anne Street, Tovey, was arrested July 17 for manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance.

Lula R. Merrifield, 38, of 3 South Clark Street, Pana, was arrested July 17 for 5 accounts of manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance.

James E. Merritt, 46, of RR1 South Box 133 Street, Herrick, was arrested July 17 for methamphetamine precursor.

Chad G. Dust, 29, of 527 North Elm Street, Pana, was arrested July 17 for manufacturing and delivery of cannabis of more than 10 grams but not more than 30 grams.

Maggie D. Dust, 37, of 5 South Walnut Street, Pana, was arrested July 17 for 2 accounts manufacturing and delivery of cannabis of more than 10 grams but not more than 30 grams

Charlotte E. Jones, 26, of 215 South Poplar Street Apartment A, Assumption, was arrested July 17 for methamphetamine precursor

Jennifer L. Ivy, 32, of 302 South Main Street, Stonington, was arrested July 17 for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, manufacturing and delivery near school property, and other substance containing amphetamine or fentanyl.

Bradley S. Stimac, 25, of 423 West Washington Street, Edinburg, was arrested July 17 for 1 account of manufacturing and delivery of cannabis of more than 10 grams but not more than 30 grams, 2 accounts of manufacturing and delivery of cannabis of more than 30 grams but not more than 500 grams and manufacturing and delivery of other controlled substances.

John C. Carriker, 29, of 805 East Boorah Street, Tovey, was arrested July 17 for manufacturing and delivery of cannabis more than 500 grams but not more than 2,000 grams.

Alicia J. Kee, 35, of 925 East Adams Street, Kincaid, was arrested July 17 for drug selling conspiracy undertaken or carried on with two or more other persons and 2 accounts of manufacturing and delivery near school property.

Jeremy C. Christian, 40, of 308 East Benton Street, Tower Hill, was arrested July 17 on a original arrest warrant for 3 accounts of methamphetamine precursor

Kevin J. McKenna, 59, of 105 South Kitchell Street, Pana, was arrested July 17 for 3 accounts of methamphetamine precursor.

 

THE TAYLORVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTS THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS:

On July 17 at 6:45pm, Taylorville Police Department officers were out with Daniel Benedict, 52, of Taylorville at 612 North. An officer spoke with Benedict and verified through the Law Enforcement Agencies Data System that his driver's license was suspended. Benedict was cited for driving while license is suspended.
