The Illinois legislature is expected to address the concealed carry bill today. Illinois Senator Wayne Rosenthal of Morrisonville says one way or another, the bill will be passed:

Governor Pat Quinn last week made several changes to the bill using his amendatory veto powers. The changes are expected to be overridden since the original bill passed with a veto-proof majority.
