THE CHRISTIAN COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE REPORTS THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS:

Tyler E. Prince, 18, of 820 E. Ester, Taylorville, was arrested on June 3rd for consumption of liquor by a minor.

Nicholas J. Dyer, 16, of 104 Sherrie Avenue, Kincaid, was arrested on June 3 for operating a vehicle without insurance.

Amber L. Bradshaw of 2701 N South 8th Street, Springfield, was arrested on June 3 for theft and unauthorized control.

THE TAYLORVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTS THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS:

On June 4 at approximately 6:55 am, a Taylorville Police Department officer made contact with Joshua F. Haines, 28, of Taylorville at Taylorville Police Department. The officer learned that Haines had a valid warrant for his arrest from Fayette County. Haines was arrested and transported to Christian County Correction Center in lieu of bond.

On June 3, Frank D. Mathon called Taylorville Police Department to reference a semi that had just gone down Cleveland to Snodgrass. A Taylorville Police Department officer located the semi at Ahlstrom's and advised driver Shavkat Normatov, 54, of Saint Louis, of the City Ordinance Violation that semi's were prohibited on Cleveland. Normatov stated he saw the no semi on Cleveland but was unable to turn around so he proceeded to Snodgrass to Ahlstrom's. Normatov was cited for No Semi Prohibited on Cleveland.
