A local bus driver was arrested on May 30th by the Christian County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Indecent Solicitation of a Child which is a class 3 felony. 43-year old James M. Owens VII was employed by the Durham Bus Service as a school bus driver. Christian County Sheriff Bruce Kettlekamp told Regional Radio News about the situation:
