Simms: Cancer Prevention Study-3 Enrollment was a Huge Success

The American Cancer Society’s Research held an enrollment event for the Cancer Prevention Study-3 study at the Taylorville High School last Tuesday. They invited men and women between the ages of 30 and 65 years who have never personally been diagnosed with cancer to join their study in an effort to better understand lifestyle, behavioral, environmental and genetic factors that cause or prevent cancer. Lisa Simms for the American Cancer Society told Regional Radio News they had a large turnout between the enrollment site at the high school and 6 other locations in Springfield:

Simms also told Regional Radio News that they are gearing up for the Relay for Life on June 28th and are prepared in case it rains:
