THE CHRISTIAN COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE REPORTS THE FOLLOWING ARRESTS:

Lacey C. Swinburne, 31, of 805 East Franklin, Taylorville was arrested on May 24, for issuance of warrant.

David L. Bradley, 34, of 404 South Walnut Street, Pana was arrested on May 23 for driving under the influence of alcohol.

THE TAYLORVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT REPORTS THE FOLLOWING:

ARRESTS:

On May 24 at approximately 12:30 am, Taylorville Police Department dispatch received a call from a resident at 603 East Market Street in reference to a large fight behind their house. Upon arrival in the 600 block of East Franklin Street, officers come in contact with David Droke and Chloe Windell, 18, of Taylorville. One officer reportedly noticed an odor of alcohol emitting from Windell's breath when she was sobbing. Windell was arrested and transported to Taylorville Police Department to be processed and released on a notice to appear for the City a Taylorville for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

On May 23 at approximately 10:22 a.m., a Taylorville Police Department officer stopped a vehicle in the area of Main and Market for an Illinois Vehicle Code violation. The officer learned that Todd A. Richter, 36, of Pana had a suspended drivers license. Richter was arrested, transported to Taylorville Police Department, processed and released.

ACCIDENTS:

On May 16 at 7:08 pm, Arthur G. LeBeane, 90, allegedly side swiped a legally parked van on the side of the road. LeBeane reportedly stated he had to move over for a vehicle that was traveling in the opposite direction.
