Crews: We're Prepared for Storm Disasters

The city of Moore, Oklahoma is trying to recover after a devastating tornado went through the town on Monday killing 24 and leaving about 24-thousand homes destroyed. Acting Fire Chief Mike Crews told Regional Radio News that a tornado like the one in Oklahoma could happen anywhere in Christian County:

Crews also told Regional Radio News that if such a disaster were to happen, Christian County has a strong plan in place:

If you would like to donate money to help those in Oklahoma, the Taylorville Chamber of Commerce has donation jars at their location on the second floor of U.S. Bank and the City Clerk’s Office. You can also mail donations to either location.
