Rosenthal Speaks on Concealed Carry Bill

The Illinois Senate Executive Committee has approved a concealed carry bill that would allow police in Chicago to set up tougher rules for who can carry a gun and where.  The measure would allow the state's home rule cities to add to the list of places already stipulated in the law where concealed guns would be banned.  Representative Wayne Rosenthal gave Regional Radio his thoughts on the bill:
