Christian County Sheriff Bruce Kettelkamp is congratulating Tarryn Link, of Taylorville, on being awarded one of the Illinois Sheriffs’ Association Academic Scholarships.
The Sheriff says Link was selected from a number of highly qualified applicants in the Christian County area. He says the Illinois Sheriff’s Association considers this scholarship program to be an investment in the future as well as a strong signal of their respect and support for education.
The Illinois Sheriffs’ Association awarded 112 scholarships throughout the State of Illinois to students wishing to pursue higher education during the 2013/2014 academic year.
