Taylorville Memorial Hospital has been named one of the top critical access care hospitals in the nation.  The Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network recognizes TMH as a “Healthstrong” hospital.  Only 100 hospitals nationwide receive the honor, out of 4400. 

The ICAH says the award is given based on eight performance categories measuring 56 different performance metrics.

The only other hospitals so honored in Illinois are in Lincoln,Rochelle, Sandwich and Murphysboro.
