The Taylorville Fire Department will be the place for a car seat safety check this weekend. You’ll be able to have your child’s safety seat checked by a trained technician at no charge.
The event takes place this Saturday from 10am till 1pm. It’s sponsored by the Taylorville Fire and Police Departments, along with the Illinois Department of Transportation, the SIU School of Medicine, and the Illinois Secretary of State’s office.
The Taylorville Fire Department is at 202 W. Main Street in Taylorville.
