According to Shelby County State’s Attorney Gina Vonderheide, several defendants have pleaded guilty to various crimes.  They include:

Rob French, who was sentenced to 3 years in prison for possession of a stolen vehicle.

Michael J. McNeely, on a petition to revoke probation for an original crime of theft.  Both McNeely and French were represented by Public Defender Robert Swiney (SWEENY).

Stony Lewis will receive 2 years for possession of a controlled substance.  He was represented by Attorney Greg Grigsby of Taylorville.

Trevor Lindsey will get 3 years for arson.  He was represented by Conflict Public Defender Walter Lookofsky.
