On Wednesday afternoon there was an informational meeting held at the Christian County Extension Office in Taylorville, that discussed the Ameren Illinois Rivers Transmission Project.
Laura Harmon with the Illinois Farm Bureau explained what this project would do.

Christian County Farm Bureau Manager Melissa Herwig says that this information needed to be given to people impacted by this project.
