>>Bears Gather Following Loss To Packers

(Lake Forest, IL)  --  The Bears gathered yesterday following their 21-13 loss to the Packers on
Sunday.  Chicago is 8-and-6 and currently tied with the Vikings, Cowboys and
Giants for the sixth and final playoff spot, however Minnesota owns
tiebreakers.  The Bears play at Arizona and at Detroit to close out the season.

>>Rams Shift Gears From Vikings

(Earth City, MO)  --  The Rams are shifting gears away from Sunday's 36-22 loss to the Vikings.  St. Louis has just two games remaining this season, starting this Sunday in Tampa Bay against the
Buccaneers.  The Rams will play their finale a week later in Seattle against the
Seahawks.

>>Bulls Fall To Grizzlies In Memphis

(Memphis, TN)  --  Despite Carlos Boozer's 16 points and 13 rebounds, the Bulls fell in Memphis to the
Grizzlies last night, 80-71.  Joakim Noah added 11 points and nine boards while
Marco Belinelli scored 13 points.  Chicago dropped to 13-and-10.  The Bulls
return to United Center tonight to host the Boston Celtics.

>>Missouri Officially Promotes Henson, Hill

(Columbia, MO)  --  Missouri's football team has officially promoted co-offensive line coach Josh
Henson to offensive coordinator and receivers coach Andy Hill to quarterbacks
coach yesterday.  Each man will take on a role previously held by David Yost,
who resigned following the Tigers' 5-and-7 season.  Hill was also named the
associate head coach.

>>NHL, NHLPA Remain At Standstill On Labor Talks

(New York, NY)  --  The NHL and its Players' Association have been silent over the last few days
as the work stoppage continues.  NHLPA special counsel Steve Fehr told ESPN the
two sides have not even spoken since Friday, when the league made an attempt to
send the lockout to court.  Fehr added that it would only take a phone call from
the league to get talks to resume.
