>>Rams Get Back To Work

(Earth City, MO)  --  The Rams are back to work today in preparation for Sunday's game at San Francisco.  St. Louis enjoyed the bye this past weekend following a 45-7 loss to the Patriots in London on
October 28th.  The Rams expect wide receiever Danny Amendola to return from his
shoulder injury this week.

>>Bears Gather Following Dominating Win

(Lake Forest, IL)  --  The Bears are collecting themselves following Sunday's dominant victory over the
Titans in Nashville.  Chicago moved to 7-and-1 on the year by blowing away the
Titans, 51-20.  The Bears will gear up this week for Sunday's cruicial Sunday
night battle with the 7-and-1 Houston Texans at Solider Field.

>>Mabry Promoted To Replace McGwire

(St. Louis, MO)  --  The Cardinals have promoted John Mabry to hitting
coach after the departure of Mark McGwire.  McGwire announced last week he was
leaving to take the same position with the Los Angeles Dodgers.  St. Louis also
promoted Blaise Ilsley to bullpen coach after spending the last five years in
the same spot with Triple-A Memphis.

>>Illinois Gets Set For Minnesota

(Champaign, IL)  --  Illinois' football team is getting set for Saturday's home game against Minnesota.  The
Illini suffered a 52-22 defeat at Ohio State last week.  The setback dropped
Illinois to 2-and-7 on the season and 0-and-5 in the Big Ten.

>>College Hoops Starts This Week

(Undated)  --  The college basketball season gets underway this week.  Missouri will host SIU-Edwardsville
on Saturday night.  Illinois welcomes Colgate Friday night as a part of the EA
Sports Maui Invitational.  Saint Louis will host USC Upstate Friday as a part of
the CBE Hall of Fame Classic.
